Shipping Policies

  • The rates quoted above are only applicable to orders destined to the lower forty-eight United States.
  • Most continental United States orders are shipped via USPS/UPS Ground Service (3-5 business days shipping time).
  • We reserve the right to choose any shipping method (ie. FedEx, DHL, USPS) to get your order to your doorstep.
  • Free shipping promotion not applicable for PO Box, APO and FPO addresses.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of items based on weight and shipping location.
  • Please note that if your package is returned by the shipper as "undeliverable," you are responsible for both the outgoing and incoming shipping charges, unless the mistake was our oversight.
  • KhanaPakana.com reserves the right to put an upper buying limit on any items, especially items that are priced to promote sale.

Shipment Schedule

  • Most orders are shipped Mon-Fri within 24-48 hours of order receipt
  • Orders placed on Friday and over the Weekend will be shipped out following Week.

Out of Stock or Back Ordered Items

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If an item is "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2-4 weeks.

Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3-7 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.

Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.

Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2-4 weeks.

International Shipping

It is assumed you have read and understood our policies and agree to assume all risk for the shipment including any additional charges or any problems that may arise.

Our default shipping method is the US Postal Service. We ship to most locations worldwide but do not guarantee customs clearance. There may be additional charges related to customs or taxes that are not included as part of the shipping cost in your order. The carrier or delivery service used may charge you these separately upon delivery.

We do not offer refunds or reship orders that are barred or lost. It is your responsibility to identify any customs problems that may occur and we recommend you check the customs procedures and policies in your country before ordering with us. Once your order ships out, under no circumstance will the shipping fees be refunded.

Shipments to Canada
Our default shipping service is US Postal Service as this avoids brokerage fees that you may be charged should your order be shipped using FedEx or UPS. These charges can be significant and are not included in the shipping cost we charge. Returns

NO Hassle Return Policy

  • KhanaPakana.com owned and operated by Direct Advert Media, LLC is a service oriented company and we would like for you to have a pleasing shopping experience here. If any item you receive has any defect, faulty workmanship, or defect due to shipping, khanaPakana.com will refund it.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for fresh food items (such as breads, vegetables etc). In some cases we will provide store credit on a case by case basis for future purchases. Also we are unable to accept any unsealed health items as returns.
  • If you need to return any item that meets these conditions, you must notify our Customer Call Center within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please contact our customer care representative at (516) 858-4760 and they will guide you through an easy way to handling this return.
  • We will issue a 100% refund, credited to your next KhanaPakana.com order or purchasing credit card. (Minus the actual cost of shipping the order to you, if the return is a result of an error other than ours).
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories. Pre-recorded media, such as CDs & DVDs must be unopened to receive a refund. Opened media may be returned only if it contains a manufacturer's defect. If the original is defective, you may exchange these items for the same title if available, if not, exchange credit will be granted for the same media type (CDs for CDs and DVDs for DVDs).
  • KhanaPakana.com's return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damage. All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition. KhanaPakana.com will refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our own error.
