Fennel Seed

Fennel Seed is also called common fennel or sweet cumin. Originated in India, fennel seeds has a strong distinctive taste similar to anise seed. Slightly sweet and delicate, fennel seed can be used in fish, sausage, liquors, baking, breads and cakes.
